| Established in 1929 by Harry Morrison as a Nutting Truck & Caster dealer, Morrison Company eventually became the Hyster Lift Truck sales and service organization for Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
In 1985, the Hyster operations were sold and four key personnel purchased the division selling industrial material handling equipment.
