Claims for damage or shortage must be filed by the purchaser with the trucker
Claims for scratched paint will be disallowed
Claims for short shipment must be made within 24-hours
All returns must have prior approval and will be allowed for new items only
Returns are subject to 20% restocking charge and must be freight prepaid
